Is treadmill exercise overrated?

Seems like everyday you turn on the television there is a new
fitness gadget being hyped that guarantees you'll lose weight
with zero effort on your part.

The sad fact of the matter is all those fancy exercise gadgets
don't even come close to giving you the massive benefits of
treadmill exercise.

Walking or running on a treadmill is rated as one of the most
efficient calorie burning and fat reduction exercise methods
available. Period.

The exercise treadmill results you will experience depend on
the type of workout performed.

If you're looking to really shed the pounds in a hurry, running
or interval training is most effective for reducing body fat and
tightening up the leg and butt muscles.

Walking on a treadmill will also benefit your weight loss efforts,
but the results will be more gradual due to less intensive exercise.

Exercise Treadmill Benefits

1. Weight Loss
2. Increased Metabolism
3.Tighten Sagging Butt and Leg Muscles
4. Increase Endurance
5. Runner's High

I could go on and on about the exercise benefits of a treadmill
but I think you get the point.

That's all for today,

Bret
